10-8 REPORT

MS TROOPERS HEAD TO NEW JERSEY

by Ivana Keeley Williams on 11.09.12

Super-storm Sandy hit the East Coast on Monday, October 29th.  On Sunday, November 4th, fifty Mississippi Troopers traveled to New Jersey.  Governor Christie had requested help from Governor Bryant, and our Troopers were willing and able to comply.  New Jersey has helped Mississippi in previous disasters the most recent being Hurricane Katrina.  What a great way for Mississippi to say Thank you!
