Trooper of the Year Info

MSTA Scholarship Application

In an effort to encourage MSTA-member children to excel in their educational goals, we offer an annual scholarship award. Topics are chosen, and applicants write essays which are then graded by anonymous English teachers. The Mississippi Highway Patrol is typically the focus of essays.
