Troop H gets the award for the most new babies in a month! The first baby has been born to Trooper Jamie Leach and his wife.  Baby Jacie weighed 7 lbs and 3 ozs.  We are proud to announce that Mr. and Mrs. Jason L. Jimison had a little boy on May 3rd. His name is Jase J. Jimison. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Kevin Bentley had a little girl on October 20th. Her name is Shadda Claire Bentley. And, Mr. and Mrs. Jeramy A. Watson had a little boy on October 10th. His name is Jackson Daniel Watson. In Troop M, Trooper Leo Clemmons is the proud new daddy of a 6 lb 13 oz baby boy named Leo Clemmons, Jr. He was born December 4th. What can the Mississippi State Troopers Association (MSTA) do for YOU? We’ve got the answer, and it’s a long list of things. You know the saying, membership has its privileges… well here they are. Membership in the organization is formed by Mississippi Troopers for Mississippi Troopers. The $5 monthly dues are split up so that $3 goes to our general fund and $2 goes to our legal defense fund. Over 95% of Mississippi Troopers already belong to the MSTA. We give an average of nine, $1,000 educational scholarships each year. Read More . . .
