On behalf of the MSTA Board of Directors, we are thrilled to announce the birth of little Albel Timothy Caldwell born to Trooper Brad Caldwell (Troop F) and his wife, Summer. The youngest Caldwell was born on June 26th and weighed 7 lbs and was 18 1/2 inches long.  Welcome to the Mississippi Highway Patrol family!
