Trooper Luke “Lukester” Harrington (Troop M) and his wife are the proud parents of a new baby girl.  Her name is Kenadie Elizabeth Harrington.  Kenadie is the first born to the Harrington’s.  She was born June 30th at 3:20 p.m. and weighed 8lbs and 12 oz.  Everyone is doing well.  On behalf of the MSTA Board of Directors, we welcome baby Kenadie to the Highway Patrol family!
