On behalf of all Mississippi Troopers, we extended our deepest sympathies to Mississippi Bureau of Investigation Lt. Tim Douglas for the loss of his mother and grandmother in a traffic accident on Memorial Day. The funeral will be Friday, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Batesville. Burial will follow at Longtown Cemetery in Longtown, Mississippi.  Tim’s mother, Sheila Douglas, and his grandmother, Juanita Hall, were killed near Springfield, Illinois on Memorial Day.  A family friend was also killed in the accident.  Tim’s aunt, Deborah Faust, was the only survivor, and she is in critical condition at a local burn center close to where the accident happened.  Please continue to keep Tim and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
