What’s a Grand Captain on the Mississippi Highway Patrol you ask?  Well, that would be a proud new GRANDDADDY who just so happens to be a captain down in Troop M!   On behalf of the Mississippi State Troopers Association’s Board of Directors, we’d like to welcome and say congratulations to baby Grayson Joseph Rogers who was born on December 11, 2009 at 10:57 a.m.  He was 5 lbs, 15 ozs, and was 19 1/2 inches.  Kyle and Lindsey Rogers are the proud parents.  But remember, this is the first born grandchild to none other than Granddaddy Captain Chris Williams, and his wife, Jeanne.  We welcome their first grandchild into the Mississippi Highway Patrol family.
