Just a quick update to let you know that your letters made a difference.  We recently learned that Otis Fairly, one of the convicted murderers of Trooper Billy Langham has been DENIED parole.  He is set you be eligible again in three years.  Not to worry… we’ll be there!  Thanks again everyone for your letters.  This killer needs to stay behind bars where he belongs.
