Trooper Josh Leggett (MS) and his wife, Neisha Leggett, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter. Her name is Joy Nicole Leggett, and she was born on December 9 at 11:16 a.m. She weighed in at 7 lb 14 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. Baby Joy Nicole is also welcomed home by her big brother, little Jax Wayne Leggett who is three years old. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Mississippi State Troopers Association and all of the trooper family, we welcome the Leggett’s new bundle of Joy!
